Hey, everyone! How was your Thanksgiving (if you’re American, I should say)??? Mine was nice and delicious. My turkey was perfect! I’m always so worried about messing it up because it’s so important to the meal.
I did have a small mishap, but we won’t talk about it. I’m blaming preggo brain.
Now it’s crunch time. We have our tree up and the house decorated. My cards went out today. I’m so close to finishing shopping. Now I just have to wrap and enjoy some holiday events! The next few weekends are pretty booked, and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
It’s kinda nice to be excited for a holiday. Especially after the way I basically blew off Halloween, which happens to be my favorite. It means I’m really starting to feel better, and I’m starting to adjust to the lack of sunlight and new hormonal balance. So, yeah, I’m happy.
Wow, yeah. I’ll stop rambling about this stuff and get to the point. Here’s my menu plan for this week:

- (Leftover) Turkey and White Bean Enchiladas
- Homemade Hamburger Helper
- Crock Pot Peanut Thai Pork with Rice
- Barbeque Chicken with Cheesy Vegetables
- Burgers and Fries
