I meant to post this yesterday, but I never found the time. I spent the day at Ikea with Daniel, Megan, and Charlie. After that, I had to bang out my normal daily activities. That left little time for interwebbing and blogging.
I just can’t believe how fast July has flown by. I was so excited for this month, and it’s over in the blink of an eye. We did so many awesome things, though! It’s definitely been a great month!
Well, other than the fact that I miss my baby girl (re: teenager) so much right now. She has been in Maine with her grandparents since we returned from Alaska. She’ll be home around the 7th, though, and that will be here before I know it.
One thing I like about posting my phone pictures is that I get to review my month. I mean, I definitely don’t post all of my pictures. I take too many for one post, but I can still touch on all the major points.
The most exciting thing that happened this month is our trip to Alaska! I know I’ve posted a lot of pictures of that already, and will be posting a lot more. However, there’s no such thing as too many Alaska photos.
There will be a post explaining this dirt road at some point in the future, but that view is amazing, no?
I kinda love this picture. It was taken in Philly while we were waiting to leave.
This is what I look like in Alaska.
Trinity slammed her thumb in the RV Door so hard that it bent the door frame. It didn’t leave a huge mark on her, but it apparently hurt a lot.
This beer was pretty tasty, but I’m a huge fan of wheat beer. I wanted to try it just because of the polar bear, though.
So… I wanted to try this one because of the orca. It wasn’t the best beer I’ve ever tasted. I much prefer the polar bear variety.
Have another photo of a puffin!
That’s my husband.
So… this photo of Trinity skipping stones was taken on accident. I was trying to take the photo of Daniel and I that’s either before or after this in the gallery, and turned the phone around before it snapped the photo. I got this instead. I like it.
These Icelandic Poppies are my new favorite flower. They were growing everywhere in Alaska!
I ate lunch with this view on day #4.
There was a bunch of these at the grocery store. Aren’t they gorgeous? I ❤ sunflowers.
So… this was taken at my house, but I’m showing off the hand carved naturally shed moose antler necklace that Daniel got for me. Isn’t it pretty?
We also spent a day in Atlantic City. I love the beach, and this was the first time we were there sans the kiddo since our first anniversary.
I’d kill for the Atlantic <333
Mango Margarita on the beach…
Fries, onion rings, a strawberry and Disaronno shake, and an Oreo and Kahlua shake. OM NOM.
I’m not a fan of gambling, but we did blow some money on the slots.
This is what we look like at the beach.
Since Trinity has not been here, I have compensated by taking photos of the furbabies and Charlie.
Hold all the colored pencils!
She wanted a picture of herself wearing Trinity’s new Adventure Time hat.
They were cuddling before we left for the airport ❤
The whole time Nugget was outside, Small Fry sat on the window ledge meowing sadly.
“I want belly rubs, but only exactly three times.”
Contrary to popular belief, Spike and Nugget do like each other.
“But, Mom, I’m cuter than your Kindle!”
When Nuggz returned from his outdoor adventure, he decided to store his favorite toy in the food bowl. Smallz was not amused.
He was missing Megan and Charlie.
I see you, puppy ❤
Smallz is such a drama queen. Yes, it was hot and our AC was broke… but it wasn’t that bad!
“If we lay on this thing, they won’t be able to leave again.”
Of course there was a lot of other awesome stuff.
I went blackberry picking with Corinne.
BWW’s pretzel brat burger with hog wild fries. This is why I’m fat.
Daniel and I both envisioned these to be amazing. They were good… but not OMG good.
Collaborate and listen…
If you have not tried this yet, you need to get to Trader Joe’s and get some NOW!
Aren’t we cute?
Duck face and kid’s sunglasses. I have no shame.
Sometimes I make weird faces at the camera.
Yeah, the pepper shaker got arrested.
South Jersey has some gorgeous sunsets!
Sometimes I pretend I’m a real photography and try to take artsy photos.
Gorgeous day was gorgeous!
Dear Planet Fitness, I want to punch you in the face every time I see this #potb in a locker. Stop being so condescending, kthx.
Here. Have another photo of my favorite bridge.
It’s a train!
No editing was done to this photo. I think it’s gorgeous.
I’m obsessed with lens-and-sun flare lately.
These flowers always remind me of summer ❤
Of course, these aren’t all the photos I’ve taken this past month. I can’t make myself post 100+ pictures in a post. If you want to see some of the others, check me out on Instagram (Pamasaurus).
So… what awesome things have you done this month?
