I just threw this menu plan together this morning. I’ve just had a lot on my mind lately, and I’ve been pretty busy with crafty stuff.
I have my doctor appointment this evening at 6:15, so wish me luck! I have to get everything around that I want to take.
Today is going to be a busy day, though. I’m hoping to start it with an awesome run. I’m tense, and running usually helps with that. Hopefully that’s the case today.
Ok, I’ll shut up now and post me dinner ideas.

I was trying to fit in one meatless meal a week. I had bean and spinach enchiladas two weeks ago. Last week I made lasagna rolls. I failed this week. I don’t have many meatless recipes on hand. I was in a hurry, so I didn’t feel like looking one up.
I’ll try again next week, after I’ve had time to look up recipe ideas.
